Liberi Care provides vital safety, support and guidance to vulnerable young people in the UK through supported residential care in an independent home.
Our first home, Holly House, provides a secure, caring and friendly environment where children can feel safe and develop in to young adults. We encourage positive outcomes for young people and provide them with important life skills that enhance their futures, maximise their potential and ultimately enable them to achieve a fulfilled, independent, adult life.
We understand that every young person has their own story, experiences, and hopes for the future. Many of the children we support have experienced trauma, loss, or significant life challenges. That's why our care is personalised, responsive and always delivered with kindness.
Our approach is built on therapeutic models such as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and trauma-informed practice. This allows us to meet each child at their own pace, building trust, emotional safety and resilience.
We believe in working closely with families, social workers, schools and other professionals to ensure every child receives the holistic care and consistency that they deserve.
Our Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, have a combined experience of over 50 years working within the social care and care home sectors. Their extensive experience, knowledge, skills and compassion enable us to provide a children's home service that excels and fully prioritises the interests of the young people in our care.
