Holly House works closely with local authorities, social workers, commissioners, schools, and health services to ensure joined-up care for every child placed with us.
We accept placements for young people aged 10–17 who may present with:
- Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Attachment difficulties
- Developmental Trauma
- Anxiety, low mood
- Self-harming behaviours
- Disrupted care history or multiple placement breakdowns
We offer:
- Fully individualised Care Plans
- Full safeguarding measures and Ofsted-compliant practice
- Therapeutic key working using PACE and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong educational links with local and specialist provisions
- Collaborative multi-agency working
- One to one staff-to-child ratios
- Transition planning and life skills development
We provide comprehensive pre-placement assessments to ensure we are the right home for each child, focusing on stability, suitability, and long-term success.
